Hilton Leicester Hotel, Leicester

I had a frustrating experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was lacking, especially in the dining area where my order was messed up multiple times, and the reception staff didn't seem to communicate well. On the brighter side, the cleanliness of the facilities and the effort put into managing the leisure options were commendable. However, the outdated room quality and additional charges for basic amenities like Wi-Fi were disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a largely positive experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, which made a great first impression. The gym facilities were a highlight, offering a good space for workouts. However, the decor felt a bit dated, which detracted from the overall value of the stay. The hotel is located conveniently close to the motorway, but the parking charge was an unexpected downside.

The hotel experience was quite mixed. The room was clean but felt dated, and the service could have been better, especially at the bar. However, the breakfast was fantastic, and the team was generally friendly. The location suited my needs, but parking fees added an unexpected burden to my stay.

During my stay, I had a pleasant experience overall at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, especially Syed, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got her breakfast order. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different dietary needs, which I appreciated. However, not being able to supervise my kids in the pool without getting in was a bit frustrating. Also, while the common areas were nice, the bedrooms could use some upgrades and the parking fee felt a bit unnecessary.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was clean but incredibly outdated, making it feel more like a budget option than a Hilton. The service was lacking due to staff not being attentive or understanding, and the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, the value for money just wasn't there considering the state of the facilities and service.
