I appreciated the clean and spacious room. It included necessary amenities such as an iron and a safe. the refrigerator was a nice addition. I found the full-length mirror particularly convenient. the swimming pool area was clean.
The room was worn and dated. It felt very basic for a suite. there was no mini bar or fridge initially, though later i got one, and the overall feeling was of neglect. the bar service was slow.

The room was a great size, and its location was acceptable.
I booked a Queen Room, but the beds were smaller than expected. They felt more like double beds. the room lacked proper cleanliness. I found visible dirt and stains around the sink and on the walls.

I particularly appreciated the large, airy room. It felt very spacious! The breakfast selection offered a nice variety, including a children's section. That was a charming touch.

The staff members are very friendly! They are very helpful with all my needs. I use the swimming pool, it is so lovely. The hotel offers excellent facilities.
The room was not very clean. I found woodlice and creepy crawlies. I did not like that the hotel is very dated!

missing bathrobe poor communication
The room I got had a king bed, I expected a bathrobe. The phone in the room rang without end when I tried to contact the reception. I wanted to ask about that bathrobe, but I gave up after several attempts. I do think staff require thorough retraining.
